GM openpilot is an open source driver assistance system. openpilot performs the functions of Automated Lane Centering and Adaptive Cruise Control for over 100 supported car makes and models.
Add VOLT_NR fingerprints and cherry-pick @twilsonco's PID controller and Volt lat tune.
NOTE that this points to my opendbc repo which has custom DBC for my own car, and my cereal which implements the derivative. This should be changed to point to OPGM's repos prior to merging.
