password configuration isn't loaded properly from bookmark8 cache #126

if bookmark8 cache is already populated we treat it as a config pwd object without further checking, this needs to be fixed by applying an object verifier

Error while running script /Applications/VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/share/lua/extensions/cnsr_ext.lua, function activate(): ...app/Contents/MacOS/share/lua/extensions/cnsr_ext.lua:127: attempt to index global 'pass_cfg' (a boolean value)
