已经搞定，先格式化分区mkfs.ext4 /dev/mmcblk2 然后再armbian-install成功

IMG_20191222_153152 晶晨S905L3(B)主控安卓9.0通刷线刷包202302 ,然后安装模拟终端apk，输入reboot update 重启后自动引导U盘armbian系统
