How to apply patch from lore kernel sources? i want to add patch to king3399 from lore kernel https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/4811978.GXAFRqVoOG@diego/T/#t

but i read some tutorial it's must pull all of kernel from sources. any alternative without pulling all sources from kernel? Reference:
