5 years ago Thinking about this further, I think the blog idea is best. I'll probably allow most blog posts here, as long as they're not racist, sexist, or *ist or just generally mean spirited and they're well written, then a simple tagging system can be used by author and with a 'blog' tag. This allows for in depth discussion of a topic or event as well and I can add content from my old, dead-ish blog in, like my interview with Loial from krontech. This will probably get done very soon.
Some thought has been given to this idea already, but before the file is made I wanted to think here:
With Music, Design, and Engineering, most topics are covered, but things like "This is how to not be an arse", Life hacks, and just general ramblings currently have no home, and I'd like to think that there's some value in at least some of this other stuff floating around in my head. Currently I don't think there's enough of a direction there though to warrent starting the OpLife or OpWhatever file. On the other hand, with the pelican site a full set of blog pages from the contributors may make sense
