nagios.cfg variables not reloaded when configuration is updated

When using Edit nagios.cfg, varables are updated through rest/pynag/json/set_maincfg_attribute

Everything is updated in configuration. But if you reload the "Edit nagios.cfg" context they are cached and do not reflect the changes made. (appear unchanged)
