Automatic update notification can possibly be romoved by unsintallin the package libobasis5.2-onlineupdate.

Libreoffice updated to 5.2.6. Removing/leaving unistalled the libobasis5.2-onlineupdate package removes update function from the libreoffice ui and also disables automatic update.
