change vpn auth to github auth #941

instead of manually creating users to control access to the lab we should change it to github auth

Do you mean F5 will use github auth ? Gh runners is a separate issue ?

The VPN needs this. Need a GitHub group that can access to the VPN. Tell the VPN Appliance to use this GitHub group.
