change vpn.opiproject-lab.org to vpn.opiproject.org #944

we already have opiproject.org we do not need i think another domain we can reuse the one we have

Easy enough to change. Will require OPI project.org delegating a sub domain to use and for us to manage that subdomain, or the ability for LF to make quick dns changes.
