Need to write the instructions for connecting via VPN and the need to live in GitHub We need to add the credentials access to the instruction set

added https://github.com/opiproject/opi-poc/tree/main/lab#passwords and https://github.com/opiproject/opi-poc/tree/main/lab#access-the-lab

  1. ask @pdp2shirts for user/password
  2. log into http://vpn.opiproject-lab.org/ via web browser and login and change password
  3. install F5 access app (see pic below) from https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9WZDNCRDSFN0
  4. create VPN connection (see pic below)
  5. test it by going to https://172.22.4.2/redfish/v1/
