Resolves #400 #414

For now there is only a templated systemd file.

I added the possibility for users to add their own flags and path for the exec file, as I'm unsure to what the default is.

It's a standard systemd template file, so if there are any other requirements for the unit file that we should add, let me know.

For some reason, I can't link issues in titles, so here is the link to the issue: #400
