Allow configuration of path to svn binary #262

I have both TortoiseSVN and cygwin installed on my system. Cygwin doesn't like the dos style paths. If you added a config option to set the svn binary path, then I could point blamer at the TortoiseSVN svn binary. Thanks!

This has been resolved in release 0.7.0. Please raise a new issue if you have any further issues.
