Hello In order to speed up the SVN gutter it is recommended to disable logs fetching. A nice to have feature would be to have the option to manually fetch log for a specific revision of interest using a manual click in VS code interface

This has been resolved in release 0.7.0. Please raise a new issue if you have any further issues.
