Remove SvelteKit #11

Since this is not a website, basically the only feature of SvelteKit it is using is routing and some default aliases. And since the app needs constant access to window object anyway (making client-side rendering a prerequisite) it even adds a bit of work.

Moving to something like svelte-spa-router for routing should be fine and remove some bloat.
