Monitor - Gateway issue #4172

OPNsense 20.7.b_200-amd64 FreeBSD 12.1-RELEASE-p3-HBSD OpenSSL 1.1.1e 17 Mar 2020

To Reproduce:

WAN is DHCP and DHCP6

Install 20.7b3 - WAN v6 DHCP6 Monitor does not work at all.

Update to 20,7b_200 and update dhcp6c

Save and apply WAN interface, Dynamic V6 Dpinger works and is monitoring. Restart WAN_DHCP6 Dpinger from services or Gateways Single, Dpinger running but 100% loss. Save and apply WAN interface ( you may need to do it a few times ) and the monitor starts working again,

Dpinger is running, just getting no response.

N.B. If a GUA is used, then the monitor works fine.

Further Info. if the gateway monitor is automatic, i.e the link local then there is few seconds delay when saving and applying the WAN interface & SSH sessions are lost ( flush() ?). When a GUA monitor is used Web GUI refreshes instantly and the SSH session is not lost.
