Rename "Firmware" menu entry to something else, move it to the top of the list along with settings.

The meaning of the "Firmware" word is being misused for referring to the regular system updates, especially when running on a VM.

Rename it to a word that's closer to what it actually represents.

Hmm... System updates? Software updates? OS Updates?
