RFC2136 Address has not changed logged as Error #7677

Jul 28 01:16:00 Error opnsense /usr/local/etc/rc.rfc2136: Dynamic DNS: Not updating X.X.X.com A record because the IP address has not changed.

Seems like severity of notice or informational would be more appropriate.
