Update git-backup document to include detailed SSH instructions. #448

I've been using GitHub for several years for all kinds of projects, and I struggled with getting OPNSense git-backup to work. Mainly because I have little familiarity with git from the command line since I let my IDE manage my GitHub resources for me.

Since I know I'm not alone out there in that regard, I added an SSH section to the git-backup document which details exactly how to configure the plugin correctly for SSH access.
