Adding clear and concise documentation in the style of https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/wireguard-client-mullvad.html, https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/wireguard-client-azire.html but for ProtonVPN

Describe alternatives you considered N/A

Additional context ProtonVPN is a popular choice for a VPN in the Open Source community so it would be nice if this existed.

Finally after a few days of wandering I managed to actually set this up on my OPNsense. There are some gotchas that are wrong on the general WireGuard selective routing page. I will get to writing a page for this. Kudos to Koloa from this opnsense forum page for providing the missing information. BTW where do we stand on including screenshots of ProtonVPN's Web UI if I ask for permission from them?

Update: Contacted ProtonVPN to check and waiting to hear from them. Update 2: ProtonVPN have no problem putting screenshots from their website.
