Update reverse_proxy.rst and caddy.rst

reverse_proxy.rst: Remove pictures, fix a few typos, make it a bit more concise.

Removing the pictures is up for discussion. In my opinion they look really outdated and are in a stark contrast to the documentation. The files are not touched in this PR, just the links to them are removed.

Update caddy.rst: Add Layer4 Routes section and fix some terminology. For: https://github.com/opnsense/plugins/pull/4112
