additional translations for captive portal in connection with pull requests for expiry time

I'm afraid we can't do this, the translations (and template) are generated from the code and refreshed for major iterations once every few months so it will take till 18.1 to pull in the translations and translate them from the platform. The good thing about this approach is that all translators will get a chance to translate their language as they have enough time to take care of it.

this means... ?^^ I don't want to urge/force anything - just in case the captive portal thing get's on the way, this is for comleteness.

Means we focus on the core PR, close this one and let the translation process pick up the merged translation updates automatically when we prepare the next release. Ok?
