www/caddy: Restructure and format helptext #3979

Most help text was incrementally written. Mistakes have been fixed, and everything has been explained more clearly. Some of the more convoluted options were given bigger help texts.

This PR aims to improve the help text (a lot). Every option is clearly labeled and none of the vital options are hidden in advanced mode anymore.

This cleanup was long overdue and took a few hours. :D
