New dashboard, add widgets dropdown opens underneith, theme specific, 24.7.b_210 #4090

Describe the bug

The add widget dropdown list in the new dashboard opens underneath the dialog box, preventing me from clicking on an entry and seeing the top entries. This occurs in the rebellion and cicada themes, but not in the opnsense theme.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the new dashboard
  2. Click on add widget
  3. Click on "nothing selected".
  4. Attempt to click on one of the widgets in the list

Expected behavior

The entire list should be visible, the entries should be highlighted when hovering over them, and the entries should be checked after clicking on them.

Describe alternatives you considered

Using the up/down arrows on the keyboard highlights the list entries. Switching to the opnsense theme also fixes the issue.

Unfortunately I am not the author of this issue so I can't edit it to match the template/remove the incomplete label, but I am also experiencing this issue and think the issue is well written enough to remove the label.

Well what do you want to add? It pertains to Tukan and Rebellion themes I guess. Vicuna and Cicada are fixed...

I guess I was hoping to remove the incomplete label and wasn't sure if you totally ignore "incomplete" labelled issues. The bot message says "The easiest option to gain traction is to close this ticket and open a new one using one of our templates." and I think in this case that would have been noise/spam

I switched to cicada right after I wrote that message after seeing https://github.com/opnsense/plugins/pull/4099, thanks!

(thanks for the seamless 24.7 release by the way!)

well it would be beneficial to create tickets for each theme plugin, but I'm not sure how fast this will be picked up at the moment by the maintainers.
