Significant changes to miniupnpd building. Set option OPNSENSE to build for OPNsense. Will detect OS and version correctly now. Also fixes missing options in existing builds and sets to on when OPNSENSE is set. Sadly there isn't a cleaner way, as the many patches to genconfig.sh continually collide.

I don't think this helps us. We have CHECK_PORTINUSE IPV6 PF_FILTER_RULES in our build. What are we missing?
