Updated Intel hyperscan to 5.2.1

Hyperscan 5.x supported by suricata

@fichtner Keep in mind to recompile suricata aswell (for pkg release). libhs.so.4 is dropped as shared library and for whatever reason suricata points to libhs.so.4 instead of libhs.so (if you don't recompile suricata)

However works like a charm.

Builds are always from scratch to avoid such issues so no worries. 😊
