Negative prompts

Do separate negative prompts for regions work? They seem to possible in the Colab linked in the credits section of the README. I mean something like this:

Positive prompt:

3girls
AND 1girl, blue hair, blue eyes
AND 1girl, black hair, red eyes, hat
AND 1girl, orange hair, green eyes

Negative prompt:

(low quality, worst quality, lowres:1.4), watermark, signature
AND (low quality, worst quality, lowres:1.4), watermark, signature
AND (low quality, worst quality, lowres:1.4), watermark, signature
AND (low quality, worst quality, lowres:1.4), watermark, signature

I've tried to make this work recently - but still no effect. Both NOTs and negative weights in positive prompt dudn't lead to desired result. I could do something wrong, though.

Negative prompting seems to be extremely useful to avoid 'siaming' with two heads directly one on another.
