Describe the request Create various enhancements to the Rich Text Editor (RTE) to help improve the formatting and readability of our various learning content (lessons, revision cards, concept cards).

Context for the request The RTE has already existed for quite some time but we haven't necessarily updated it as our formatting needs have expanded. We want to add a few additional features to help ensure that more learners can enjoy and engage with our learning content.

@seanlip @ritz-bitz there is no UXW assigned to this project. Do either of you believe one is needed? I'm unsure at a glance as to whether or not this project involves a lot of copy changes.
