Add links to curriculum maps in For Teachers/Parents page #61

PRD - focused on V1.

Just add a section to the For Teachers / Parents page that links to spreadsheets where we map our lessons to curriculum standards / requirements.

DESIGN APPROVAL CHECKLIST -- DO NOT EDIT.

For a design project to be completed, it needs approval from UXD, UXW, DS and PM. Please tag the following reviewers when your project is ready (at least one reviewer for each of the 4 bullet points below):

@sarahking22 you said you'd assign me to this if I recall correctly but you haven't. Hence, what should I be working one?

Hi Jeff, when I went assign you, you were not yet added to Oppia which I see now you have accepted the invitation. I will assign you the one was talked about please review the prd. Thanks

@seanlip do we still want a UXW for this project? It doesn't seem to have been updated in quite a while.

@kmuir1991 We do, though maybe assign only when it gets kicked off with UXD (this might require a weekly check to ensure there are no projects that have only a UXD but no UXW).
