[BUG]: Audio Unavailable and Text on Screen Not Matching

Describe the bug

While the student was using the audio during the numerator and denominator lesson in the first chapter of the fraction lesson the English audio was not available and in the next lesson, the text displayed on the screen did not match the audio. This issue occurred while using an Android phone and performing the Android baseline Test.

Steps To Reproduce

1- Click on the first chapter in Fractions 2- Participate in the lessons up until the denominator and numerator lesson 3- put on the audio of each lesson and the audio is availiable 4- click the next lesson and the audio matches the text

Expected Behavior

I expect that when i am watching a lesson and listening to the audio, the language I want should be available especially if it was available for the prior screens and audio and text are synchronised and correct

@seanlip, this looks to be a different card from https://github.com/oppia/oppia-android/issues/5253, but within the same chapter. I think we need to do a more extensive test of the audio in this lesson to ensure everything works correctly.
