OK, there's a hitch ... I can't upload this video to Twitter, it doesn't let me. I've tried four times. It says "Your video file could not be processed. Please see tips for uploading videos." and links me to this (pretty useless) page.

Is it possible to make the video smaller in size perhaps? Or maybe some of the tips here would help? https://hackernoon.com/how-to-fix-twitter-video-upload-error-some-of-your-media-failed-to-upload

Sorry about this -- I don't think it's a connection issue because the error happens at the "processing" rather than the "uploading" stage. But I don't know what the issue actually is.

Or do I make the post 'live" at 1 pm with the tags included in the first post? Which is better?

@seanlip Please did you use twitter on the web or you have the app downloaded in your phone?

For me, I used the twitter App on my phone (ios), and that's how I was able to upload the video and also saw the tag option.

Plus, I asked a friend to try using twitter on the web to upload a video and see if she could tag people and she said she couldn’t tag people while uploading a video but she could see the tag option while trying to upload an image.

Yeah, I was doing it on Web (I don't have an iOS phone). I guess the options are different for different ways of accessing Twitter unfortunately. Thanks for letting me know!
