Add full distraction-free mode #1412

See #1411 for context. We want a more thought-out distraction-free mode that can be conditionally enabled, possibly on a per-profile basis. We need to investigate what's needed to sufficiently produce a distraction-free mode (e.g., hiding notifications, and maybe app pinning or a picture-in-picture setup).

Note that this version (compared with #1411) specifically needs to be enabled by the user, and we should indicate to them what the behavior is (since forcing DND is a potentially destructive action for users).
