App Share and Website Share from app #1849

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There should be a feature to share the app and website link for publicity purposes.

One of the possible solution can be to introduce an item in Navigation Drawer.

This needs more planning and discussion about how exactly it will look in app.

This is an introductory feature and later on this should be expanded sharing to topics. Meaning if someone shares a topic with someone or social media that share text should include deep linking which facilitates the downloading of the app and going directly to a particular solution. Moving to GA for now; need to figure viability.

Another challenge to consider: app will be distributed on more than just Play Store (e.g. oppia.org will have a link), so it's not clear how we'll be sharing the app.
