This is tracking implementing the fully polished UI version of the number with units interaction.

This is blocked on #28 to introduce the general interaction architecture.

This is blocked on #15 for a full domain controller implementation and #152 for the initial structure introduction for this interaction.

@BenHenning @seanlip @nikitamarysolomanpvt Do we need to finish this too before 30th Nov. I believe if we are prioritising this the main time will be consumed on lowfi of NumberwithUnits and Testing. Also, @nikitamarysolomanpvt is expecting this to get finished within 1 day if she works on this.
