User Perceived Jank: Previous responses menu glitches on being expanded and collapsed repeatedly #3006

Describe the bug Previous responses glitches on being expanded and collapsed repeatedly (flaky)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to 'Topic: Fractions'
  2. Click on 'Lessons'
  3. Head to "Mathew Goes to the bakery"
  4. Click "Continue" thrice till you reach the question
  5. Scroll down to view the options
  6. Select two fifth then one fifth (select Incorrect options more than once)
  7. Repeatedly expand and collapse previous responses to view the bug

Also noticed In practice - What is a fraction?

Expected behaviour The expand and collapse motion/animation should not glitch/refresh

Additional context This issue also occurs on selecting another incorrect option after completing steps 1-7

So far as I can tell this isn't a duplicate, and probably fits under our "user-perceived jank" project.
