Profile Picture edit icon shadow needs be to thinner for low-end-devices #4104

The edit icon shadow looks very thick:

MDPI_SMALL Size: 2.7 inch Android API: 28

This shadow for edit-icon should be thin compared to the stroke/shadow of overall profile-picture.

This needs to be fixed in ProfileProgressActivity as well as AddProfileActivity

This looks a bit visually janky, but it's a low impact problem on a secondary user experience so we're deciding not to block the GA release on this being addressed.
