Describe the bug The play button is not working in the lesson: Evaluating Expressions

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login as Admin
  2. Scroll down to All Topics
  3. Click on Expressions and Equations
  4. Click on 1st Chapter- Evaluating Expressions
  5. Click on Continue
  6. In the Order of Operations page, click on the Audio symbol
  7. Click on Play button

Expected behavior Screenshot 2022-04-12 2 30 41 PM

On clicking over Play button audio should be played in English

Actual behavior Nothing happens on clicking over Play button

Probably related to #4291. Marking this as blocked on that one as they may be able to be decided together.
