Add a section in https://github.com/oppia/oppia/wiki/Installing-Oppia-using-Docker that explains where and how to view the backend logs for the Oppia server.

Additionally, explain what logs can be viewed in each individual container in Oppia.

Include screenshots of the logs and steps with screenshots on how to access them.

@gp201 Sorry for the delay. I missed some of my projects deadline but I will be making a PR for this issue by 4 July.
