Context

Some companies have forks disabled at the company level.

Proposal

[ ] Detect disabled forks on company level (LIX-57)
[ ] Don't show the fork button in LixFloat
[ ] Branch workflow: Create translation branch -> add changes -> create PR

cc @jan.johannes This would be the Fink issue. I created this lix issue (LIX-57 ) for the api that I would expect as an app. Let me know, if you agree with this workflow.
