Error when pushing to main

Hello 👋 I have a small issue when trying to push on a protected branch (for instance main)

Context

I am working with Fink to see how it works and while i was trying to add a new translation, i did not realize that i was on main branch and since it is protected, i kept having an error when trying to push (I guess this is why, since it worked fine when i switched to another branch)

Proposal

It would be great to have a warning that we can not push to the current branch or have a reminder on the error toast notification. I know it is a bit obvious but it could help others later :)

TL:DR

• git & github are unsuited for web apps
• we are building the lix change control system to power inlang v2
• will automatically resolve issues like this one
