Update Paraglide Documentation with the new Doc layout #110

Context

Paraglide's documentation is quite long, covers a lot and can be overwhelming

The docs are very important as they are the first impression we leave

Proposal

Split up the docs into mulitple more digestable pages. This is enabled by the new doc layout.
