Currently, if something is marked as "external" in the marketplace-manifest it will automatically get an "Ecosystem Incompatible" tag on the Website.

This isn't necessarily true. remix-paraglidejs is external, but is still fully ecosystem compatible.

Add a way to express that apps are both ecosystem-compatible and external in the marketplace-manifest.
