Research question

How should we model discussions in lix?

is a discussion bound to one change, multiple changes?
is a discussion bound to changes and/or other entities too?
- Imagine a change proposal. Why would the discussion in a change proposal differ from a discussion of the change. A discussion could point to both the Change Proposal and Change.
- If a task emerges out of a discussion, isn't the task the discussion?
- Is appropriate to think about .zettel now?

@jannes.blobel this seems like a task for you. it seems to me that we would benefit from modeling change discussions as zettels to be flexible. It might also be overkill though.
