Add changelog #9

Hi, thanks for making this package! Would you be open to a PR adding a changelog? I plan to use the keep a changelog style.

Sorry that I didn't even reply.. No, I am not open to adding a changelog. None of my projects have it, but most of my projects do utilize GitHub releases to inform about notable changes. https://github.com/oprypin/mkdocs-gen-files/releases It's just that I'm not willing to maintain a changelog in two different places manually, and also not really open to solving that with automation.
