I was wondering why a maven dependency using version ranges to 'org.ops4j.pax.cdi:pax-cdi-features:[1,2):xml:features' resolves to version 1.1.2. It turns out that maven-metadata.xml (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/ops4j/pax/cdi/pax-cdi-features/maven-metadata.xml) doesn't contain the versions 1.1.3 and 1.1.4.
