Support Agroal pool (JakartaEE 9+) #323

At some point, while JDBC is not jakartified, we'll have to move to JakartaEE version of JTA.

cc: @graben (I saw your snowdrop/narayana-spring-boot#99) ;) - just for your information. I can't say at all when I'll work on this, but the work is already slowly progressing on Pax Web, so Pax JDBC should be next.
