The update site as listed at the Eclipse Marketplace1 may also need to be updated, on resolution of this issue

Still not working for a long time!
The only way i found is this update-site, listed in 2011 on this blog:
http://musingsofaprogrammingaddict.blogspot.ca/2011/10/using-pax-runner-with-eclipse-36.html
http://tux2323.github.io/pax-runner-update-site/
which is 1.7.5, for Helios...
Why having developped such a useful tool, being unavailable for so long?

You need to build the project yourself and create your own update site, as Pax Runner update site isn't longer supported. Pax Exam that used to use it doesn't need it any longer.
Sean Champ created PAXRUNNER-440
I'd noticed that Pax Cursor (now a part of Pax Runner) was mentioned in some documentation by the Apache Felix project1, as the former presenting an approach for integration of the Felix OSGi runtime into the Eclipse IDE. After a brief search, now having found the updated page about the Pax Runner Eclipse Plugin2, then reviewing the installation instructions for the latter3 I see that the update site as presently denoted there is unavailable: http://www.ops4j.org/pax/eclipse/update/
If it may be a bug in the documentation, may the documentation be updated with the URL of a current update site? or may there be another approach recommended, towards installing the Pax Runner Eclipse Plugin?
