Move TinyBundles to Pax Swissbox [PAXSB-8] #20

The project currently lives in my lab. It is going to me moved into pax swissbox as module "pax-swissbox-tinybundles".

I would rather name it dynabundle

Probably tinybundles is not perfect but levels better than dynabundle.. isn't it ?

And tinybundles sounds cute in a world full of Pax Exam / Runner / URL stuff. :wink:

soleley moved it to exam. from top level paxexam, the project is covered by the (new) mvn profile called "opt".
Packages and project names are left as is (org.ops4j.pax.tinybundles).
