make sure the Manifest-Instructions key is CamelCase
add additional Web-ContextPath to possible Manifest keys
Import-Package needs to support version range with included and excluded version like [2,3) (the [ and ] are missing right now)
BndUtils.parseInstructions should also work with whitespaces in url (e.g. Export-Package=*; version="2.4.0")
