Solves the issue raised in: https://ops4j1.jira.com/browse/PAXEXAM-891

Add a possibility to change the default timeoutvalue by setting an system environment variable: org.ops4j.pax.swissbox.tracker.ServiceLookup.DEFAULT_TIMEOUT
