Could package the sources by default instead of only when releasing?

This is a minor, but It would be quite useful to have the sources packaged on every
build specially when dealing with SNAPSHOT builds.

Yep, this is a dup of Issue 47 - and I agree it's a good idea to re-enable the bundled
sources
